Duties would include supervising and assisting children during the lunchtime period.

Casual Cleaner's required - Junior school

We are looking to appoint a casual cleaner to join our friendly teams at the Infants School and or Junior School.

The successful candidate will be a reliable, hardworking individual who is able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. This Role will be based across the Federation, either the Infant or Junior School site. Experience of cleaning in a school or other commercial setting is desirable although training will be given.

Applicants need to be reliable, punctual and flexible in their approach to daily tasks with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. We are also looking for someone who is a team player and willing to assist and support their colleagues to ensure the job gets done.

Working hours would be either 6.00am- 8.00 am or 3.30pm – 5.30pm (please state your preference when applying) daily school term time only + 2 additional weeks during the school holidays.

General TA required Infants school

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Grange Infant School. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to promote the emotional, physical and educational development of pupils under the direction of the class teacher and year group leader. The role will involve working with children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will also be expected to cover a lunchtime duty.

The role will commence as soon as possible. The post is part time (8.25 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.) 22.5hrs, 5 days per week. 

The post is offered at Grade J £7864 or Grade K £8284, depending on experience.

Wraparound Care Manager (Fixed Term Contract until August 2018) 

To further enhance the development of our Extended Services Programme, we are offering an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to join our team.

We are seeking to appoint a Wraparound Care Manager on a fixed term contract until August 2018 to manage our Breakfast Club and After School Club. The successful candidate will assist in the supervision of pupils during the sessions, as required to ensure the general safety, welfare and behaviour management of pupils during this period.  In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration relating to successfully running the wrap around care provisions.

It is vitally important to us that the children have an enjoyable experience. If you are someone who likes helping children and would be able to organise and supervise a wide variety of different activities (sporting, academic and relaxing) with children and support and help with breakfast and snack then we are interested in hearing from you. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and should previously have worked with children in a professional setting ensuring delivery of appropriate, engaging, planned activities.

The role commences as soon as possible and will be for 25 hours per week term-time only.

Breakfast Club            7.15 am – 8.45 am (Monday – Friday)

After School Club        2.45 pm – 5.30 pm (Monday – Thursday)

After School Club        1.15 pm – 4.45 pm (Friday)
